Jenny - Yoga entered my life in a time when I was a believer in optimism on the outside, but had a wave of heartache on the inside. Although I’d been practicing for 2 years prior, I chose a yoga challenge one tough winter morning and that’s when my heart and body began to melt. In June 2011 I completed my 200 hour RYT with Jen Ryan in Wilmington, MA after a ten month program. It has allowed me the opportunity to teach, meet and study with the most loving and wonderful group of people. I teach fun rigorous classes at all levels and try to stick by my motto: “yoga is an opportunity to be curious about who you are” (Jason Crandell). Please join me in your practice to create curiosity, adventure, fun and relaxation.

Jessica is a graduate of the Kind Yoga School of Cape Cod. She grew up here on the Cape, playing in the sand on the Dennis beaches. Her college education was in art history, and she finds the ancient history of yoga intriguing. ” It is creativity expressed with the body, simulating nature through the eyes of ancient yogis that practiced in the natural world.” It has always been Jessica’s dream to find a means of helping people, to make an impact on the lives of others. She finds it such a special gift to have the opportunity to share her yoga practice, inspiring peaceful relaxation and a deeper connection with ourselves.

Juliet Driven by my passion as  dancer and my love for music, Yoga has been an invitation to explore and embrace a way of living that encompasses authenticity and creativity. Having spent many months at Kripalu Center. I studied the various forms of Hatha Yoga. Through this curiosity, I bring you a dynamic experience of inner rhythm integrating breath alignment strength and fluidity.

Paula began practicing Yoga in 1974 and has been practicing continuously since then.  She received her 200-hour RYT certification through Transcend Yoga with Scott Feinberg at Shimmering Pines in Jupiter Florida. Her classes are based largely on intuition, creating a welcoming non-competitive environment to bring your body and mind into the Flow of Breath and Bliss….for a journey of self discovery. She is very connected to all the elements and enjoys adding nature’s ambiance into her class believing that by finding peace within ourselves through yoga and other practices, we can bring peace to the world. Her classes incorporate physical postures with proper alignment, breathwork, flexibility, balance and deep relaxation, while encouraging your awareness of healing the body through movement. Paula appreciates the opportunity to share energy, peace and light with everyone in her classes.
