All Yoga is excellent for relieving stress, while developing strength, balance and flexibility. There is an appropriate practice for ALL fitness levels. Proper breathing is taught to help each student balance effort and ease with their practice.
Restorative/Yin - A truly unique practice. Floor postures held for a longer period of time. Inspired by Paul Grilley. A deep and gentle stretch into the connective tissues. Props may be used…A rehabilitative practice for all…
Kripalu Flow- Kate was certified and trained at Kripalu in Lenox Ma. Her classes reflect the beauty,inspiration and magic of the mountains in Lenox.
Hatha Level 2 - Yogis who are familiar w/ breathwork, inversions and arm balances.
Warm Vinyasa Flow - We add a little heat to help open up those tight hips, shoulders and backs…Here we link the breath with the poses. The heat allows one to take the experience a little deeper… All Levels..
Kundalini Yoga- is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline to develop personal and sensory awareness. it is often referred to as the “yoga of awareness” as it directly affects human consciousness. Offered as a Workshop on Friday April 27th at 6:30pm w/ Mary Mullin.

Chair Yoga - For those w/ limited joint mobility, high blood Preassure(under control).. w/ M.D. Approval…. C.O.P.D. and Cardiac Conditions… w/ M.D. Approval. Special attention to breathwork and balance…
Yoga Flow - A Vinyasa based practice…linking breath and poses. Sun salutes, balances, inversions… its all in there… modifications too.. All Levels Welcome!
Power Yoga-Sculpt with weights - For this unique experience we have incorporated hand held weights… 1-3 lbs. A nice way to help sculpt the arms, chest and Oh Yes… those abs…
Yoga Nidra- or “Yogi Sleep” refers to the conscious awareness of the deep sleep state or “pranja”. It has been found to reduce tension and anxiety. The autonomic symptoms of high anxiety: headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating and abdominal pain respond well.
“Nia” Dance - A sensory- based movement practice that draws from martial arts and leads to health, wellness and fitness.. We plan to have this class back on the schedule in the Fall…
Pilates- A complete body strengthening and conditioning series designed to create a toned body. A focus on the “powerhouse” or mid-section. A class for all…. very easy to follow with perfect instruction..
Gentle Hatha and Meditation or Meditation and Movement- A class for those who are looking to slow down and begin a meditation practice. Appropriate for the beginner to the advanced student. The meditation portion is guided.
Connecting Breath and Conscious Movement- Go in and open your heart, accept the present and flow with breath. A hatha bsed practice for all levels.
