We welcome you to a comfortable, non-intimidating setting. Our approach to the practice is honest and direct. Humor plays a part too…What sets us apart from mainstream yoga is a therapeutic/healing approach and smaller classes. 

No body is the same. So, adapting the pose to the body is key.  Our studio is a safe place to practice if you have cardiac issues. Working with acute and chronic conditions is what brings many to the mat. Bring in your “bad” hips, knees, back and tight shoulders.

Private sessions for those with disabilities are always welcome. Our Chair Yoga class is endorsed by the Chief of Cardiology at Cape Cod Hospital.
