In 2015, Cape Cod Health Care asked me to participate in this video. At the time of the video I was one year post-op with a right rotator cuff repair. My surgeon was Dr. John Willis of Cape Cod Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. There is no need to travel off Cape with the quality of surgeons that we have right here on Cape. Here I am in the classroom, instructing, free from pain and having full range of motion. Thank You, Dr. Willis and Cape Cod Health Care !

If you have cardiac issues,Chair Yoga is the class for you. Maureen's Chair Yoga is the only program endorsed by Dr. Lawrence Mc Auliffe, Chief of Cardiology at Cape Cod Hospital.
Acute and chronic conditions bring many students to the mat. We encourage you to bring in your “bad” hips, knees, back and tight shoulders.
